Theresa has worked in the local fitness industry for the past 30 Years teaching fitness classes and personal training. She has certifications in aerobics, weight training, personal training, Yoga and Mat Pilates through AFAA. She also has Anatomy, biomechanics and PostureAnalysis and Pilates Chair Certifications through Peak Condition Pilates. Theresa enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals while they work towards a healthy and active lifestyle.
Tamara has worked in the fitness industry for 25 years as Group Fitness Instructor and Presenter for ACE and AFAA, Personal Trainer and as an RYT 500 Yoga Instructor. Shae also has Degrees in Wellness Management/Exercise Physiology.
Tamara's focus is now on Yoga . She enjoys empowering others to embrace their health: mind, body and spirit through the practice of Yoga.

Caroline has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. She began her career as a personal trainer in wieght training. As she began a family she shifted her focus to group fitness. She has always had a desire to help her clients reach their fitness goals. In recent years she has been able to incorporate Pilates in to her regimen as her knowledge has matured. Her special interest is in working with clients who have specific injuries or physical issues. She and her husband, A J, have been married for over 32 years. They have 6 children that all graduated from St. Paul's Episcopal School where they received Division 1 Scholarships in athletics.
