Theresa Myles

She has worked in the local fitness industry for the past 30 Years teaching fitness classes and personal training. She has certifications in aerobics, weight training, personal training, Yoga and Mat Pilates through AFAA. She also has  Anatomy, biomechanics and PostureAnalysis and Pilates Chair Certifications through Peak Condition Pilates. Theresa enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals while they work towards a healthy and active lifestyle.

Jennifer Lynn Hernandez

She is an Entreprenuer at Heart. She has successfully owned and operated multiple businesses in Mobile for the past 20 years.   Her latest venture was The Fit Nest, Mobile's first Aerial Yoga Studio.  She is a 200hr RYT Certified Yoga Instructor through Flex Yoga in Wooster,OH, and a certified Aerial Yoga instructor through Destin Pilates Center in Destin Florida.  She is also Certified in Barre Fitness, and is working on her Pilates Certification.  Jennifer was a ballerina for many years before beginning her career as a studio owner.  She has a passion for fitness, an acute awareness of proper body alignment, and a desire to inspire and assist others in reaching their full potential in life...her motto is  "If it's not fun, I'm not interested!"

Caroline Krause

Caroline has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. She began her career as a personal trainer in wieght training.  As she began a family she shifted her focus to group fitness.  She has always had a desire to help her clients reach their fitness goals.  In recent years  she has been able to incorporate Pilates in to her regimen as her knowledge has matured.  Her special interest is in working with clients who have specific injuries or physical issues.  She and her husband, A J, have been married for over 32 years.  They have 6 children that all graduated from St. Paul's Episcopal School where they received  Division 1 Scholarships in athletics.
