Theresa Myles

Theresa has worked in the local fitness industry for the past 30 Years teaching fitness classes and personal training. She has certifications in aerobics, weight training, personal training, Yoga and Mat Pilates through AFAA. She also has  Anatomy, biomechanics and PostureAnalysis and Pilates Chair Certifications through Peak Condition Pilates. Theresa enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals while they work towards a healthy and active lifestyle.

Caroline Krause

Caroline has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. She began her career as a personal trainer in wieght training.  As she began a family she shifted her focus to group fitness.  She has always had a desire to help her clients reach their fitness goals.  In recent years  she has been able to incorporate Pilates in to her regimen as her knowledge has matured.  Her special interest is in working with clients who have specific injuries or physical issues.  She and her husband, A J, have been married for over 32 years.  They have 6 children that all graduated from St. Paul's Episcopal School where they received  Division 1 Scholarships in athletics.

Jackie Crowley Schutt

    Jackie has been practicing Yoga and Mat Pilates in the Mobile area for over 30 years.  She most recently started teaching Jump Pilates on the Reformers.  Jackie has always had a passion to stay fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. She holds certifications in CPR , Silver Sneakers Instructor and 200-hour RYT.

     Jackie takes a personal interest in trying to help her clients reach their goals, whether it be weight loss, flexibility, or just improving their overall body, mind and spirit goals.  She aims to be adaptable to each client in helping them find the best exercises that are exciting, manageable and reasonable in achieving their goals.
